Johnny is the youngest member of the Test family.
The twin sisters Test make many experiments and inventions in their laboratory equipped with sophisticated technology, with which she tries most of the time to seduce their neighbor, Gil.
Johnny is a troublemaker and often unlucky blond young boy who poses a problem for his own town, and is often accompanied by Dukey, his pet and talkative dog.
Johnny is hyperactive and often misuses his sisters' inventions, causing trouble and chaos.
