This tribe has a primitive form of language, the Great Ape Language. Tarzan means "white skin", but his real name is John Clayton III, Lord Greystoke. Having had to survive in the jungle since his earliest childhood, Tarzan shows physical abilities superior to those of athletes in the civilized world. He is also endowed with a superior intellect and he learns English on his own using the picture books that his parents had taken away.
